Returns

• Eligibility for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Non-returnable Items: Some products, such as opened software, downloadable products, and clearance items, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we offer an exchange for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
